Way to go, Marylin Monroe!

Tell you what, the folks of New London know both how to make and have a good time. For those willing to look, there's enough character and personality in this place to match any city. Joyce came into our shop looking to find a Marylin Monroe outfit for an upcoming costume party. A flowing white skirt, a cashmere-blend cardigan, and a few haircurling adventures later, Joyce was giving Marylin a run for her money in front of a fan. She joked that had Marylin lived to be her age, they would have been indistinguishable. I believe it.

We currently have the lovely picture you see before you pinned on the wall by are computer - just a little reminder of how satisfactory it can be to satisfy a customer.

Happy Wednesday!

  1. I switched the "y" and "i" in Marilyn. I talked a lot about character in my post . . . does mispelling famous people's names count as character?

    hmmm . . .
